Niacine causes flushes, rash and itching

I've been taking Restorage for about 10 days and have not noticed any effect yet. But from the first time I got a terrible flush, when all my body got very red and was burning and itching all over. I took it for another day or two with the same effect which lasted for about 30 min. Then next time I diluted the packet in double the amount of water, and it was a bit better. It is now possible to bear as this side effect lasts for about 20 minutes and is not that severe.
