소량의 리튬은 뇌의 노화를 예방한다네요. 리튬은 신경전달과 분비를 촉진시킨데요 그러므로 소화제는 아닌듯 싶습니다. 식사 전에 드시면 되고 수유하시는 분은 드시지 마시길
