tablet보다 작아서 먹기 편해요. Life force야 좋은거 다들 아실테구요.^^

얼라이브를 대체할 제품

이전에는 얼라이브 멀티비타민을 복용했는데 코헨박사의 책을 읽고 난 뒤로 한참 기다리다 샀습니다. DrugStore에는 있던데... 태블릿이 아닌 캡슐형이라 위장장애도 적고 여러가지 좋은 성분들은 한꺼번에 복용할 수 있어 좋습니다. 서울에서 대학다니는 자식들 것까지 함께 구매해 보내줬습니다^^

캡슐형이 아무래도 산화에 더 강할 것 같아서 가격이나 복용량이 차이가 나지만 캡슐형으로 샀어요..
