I found that this did not have any effect for mountain sickness, and it did have a slight side effect on mental function.

I have used Ginko for on and off 15 years but different brands and I have to say Source naturals is really good. I use to get Bronchitis 1 or 2 times a year and was a smoker, taking Ginko the first sign of sniffles of a cold stopped it from settling into my chest. I have not had bronchitis over 15 years. If I had to guess I would say the Ginko had a lot to do with it.

I used to have migraine headaches most of my adult life. Once I started using Ginkgo Biloba they eventually went away. If I miss a day..the headaches are back!
