It works, but give it a couple of months to feel the full effect. I tried other herbal products that were much more expensive and did not get the results I got with this product. What a transition!

Effective - but prefer the tablets

Good for mixing into a drink, though perhaps not as economical as the tablets (also made by Source Naturals). Both the Source Naturals powder and tablets are the most effective I've taken, when compared to other brands of soy isoflavones. At this stage I think I will stick with the tablets. Please remember to keep an eye on your iodine and iron intake while taking soy.
