하루 1알 혹은 2알 정도 복용중. 좀 많이 먹으면 다리가 가려움.. 피부 여기저기서 무언가가 뚫고 올라옴..(독소배출작용같음) 소변이 진해짐. 혈압이 내려감..피로감이 줄어듬. 아침에 일찍 일어나게됨. 소화기관이 튼튼해진건지.. 저같은경우 허기가 지네요. 대체로 주변에 소개해준 사람들은 피로감은 확실히 줄어든다고.. 형은 밤에 잠이 오면 못버틸정도였는데.. 안자고 있어도 버텨진다고 하더군요. 기본적으로 체력이 올라가는 듯.. 그외에 변비수준은 아닌데 변에서 냄새가 심해지고 가스 냄새가 좀 나다가.. 줄어드는 증상. 변은 좀 변비수준까진 아니더라도 좀 굵어짐.
