Dropped my triglycerides

Purchased at iHerb

I double-dosed once per day and I successfully dropped my triglycerides 55 points. I also keep it refrigerated (in the back of the fridge). It does have a somewhat better flavor than the Jarrow Max-DHA Fish Oil.

Brain Food

I bought this for a relative because the ratio of the DHA to EPA is greater and, reportedly, this is most appropriate when seeking support for the brain. It's tasty, she loves it, and I definitely recommend it.
