I am a 60 year old woman. This product has made me feel like I am in my 20's 30's & 40's again. I no longer have that brain fog and low energy that come with age. I love this product and will continue to take it.

I expected this product to give me some extra energy and therefore lose a little weight, which it did not. I couldn't even tell that I was taking it after 30 days, twice a day. Useless, in my book.
