좋은철분제.

철분제 찾다가 솔가젠틀아이언으로 구입했어요. 비타민c와 같이 섭취하면 좋다고 해서 철분제와 함께 먹고있는데요.탈모가 약간 걱정되서 피부과에서 일단 철분제 3개월 먹어보자고해서 구입했어요. 일단 먹어봐야줘^^

철분제하면 변이 딱딱하게 나와서 넘 힘들었던 기억이 있는데요. 이건 전혀 그런게 없네요. 건강상 챙겨 먹는거지만...너무 만족해요.
