함량보구 샀는데 칼슘은 마그네슘하구 비타민D하구 같이 먹어야 흡수잘된다구 해서 합쳐져 있는거루 샀어요. 종합비타민에 함량이 모자른거 같구 철분이랑 따로 먹기 위해서 샀는데 챙겨먹으니 왠지 안심되요. 단점은 알이 크고 하루치 5알을 나눠먹어야 되서 하루에 여러번 큰알을 삼켜야 하네요 ㅋㅋ 300알이나 들어있긴 하지만 용량대로 하면 하루5알씩 2달 먹는건데, 신랑하구 같이먹으니 한달이면 쫑나겠어요.. 일단 임신~수유기까진 계속 먹으려구요~~
