알맹이가 저는 커서 절반 쪼개서 먹어요.. 눈이 잘떨려서 먹고있는데 먹은뒤론 잘 안떨구 좋아요

영양제는 거의 솔가로만 먹는데 이 칼슘도 괜찮네요. 음식으로도 섭취를 하니까 하루 100%는 과용일것같아, 전 하루 두알씩만 먹고있습니다. 타블렛이 단단하고 매끄럽네요. 양이 많아 오래두고 먹을수 있을것 같아요. 한국보다 아주 저렴하게 살수있어 좋네요.
