Rich flavor!

Great over chicken or veggies; haven't tried it over anything else yet... Not too overpowering in spice, has a very light lemon after-taste. One needs just a little spoonful to your food to add that special taste. Quick and easy to make.

Not bad, but not my favorite

I don't know what it is exactly. Maybe I have a specific taste that I expect with Hollandaise Sauce, but this didn't satisfy it. We bought alot of them and only opened a few within the year.
