I take several of Siddatech's flower essences regularly. I have been using Blood Sugar for about 3-4 weeks now, and have noticed that it is beginning to help reduce my cravings for sugar. I am a stress eater and it has not eliminated the sugar cravings entirely, but has reduced them somewhat as long as I use the spray consistently. I am hopeful that with use over a longer period of time (which is what Siddatech suggests), I will continue to see additional improvement.
