Amazing product!

I have been taking this for about 6 months.My gynecologist suggests taking calcium for pms and also to take it all at night for people who dont sleep well. I havent been sleeping well for years because of being a hair stylist for 30 years and degenerated disc disease. This is amazing because i have been sleeping well ever since I started taking it. I think it could be partiaaly because of the amount of Magnesium in it. Its great along with many other Rainbow Light products!
