Taken (with Epicore) to help clear chronic infections-swollen nasal and auditory passages and a chronically swollen ankle / lower leg. Have taken a short time; but all symptoms have improved. Also taking alternatively [not at same time] with a variety of probiotics for immune system. The "small" 250 mg. dose per capsule is useful to learn the amount to take for best results; if taking 500 mg. to 1000 mg., the 250 mg. capsules cost more, compared to the cost of larger capsules.
