Ive been using ON fish oil for about a month now. 6 caps a day. I dont know if they have had a direct impact on me but I can say that: They dont leave a fish taste, No fish breath, No fishy smelling hair. Basically no side effects. Overall a great product, Its a shame that the actual omega 3 content is so low, but taking 6 makes up for it and the price is pretty good.
