I've been taking these capsules for 4 months now and I've noticed a big difference in my digestion. I have normal bowel movements daily, I no longer have trouble with constipation.

I have used other apple cider capsules in the past, but always had heartburn from them. These are very smooth, work well, and are easy on the digestion. A really great product!
