This is one of the best vitamin K supplements! It contains a good dose of the more biologically active K2 mk4, and a decent dose of the more long lasting K2 mk7. And 1mg of K1 on top of that makes it a perfect blend. I also like that it has some vitamin A, D and E in it which works synergistically with vitamin K.

I'd been taking 2 different vitamin K supps to make sure I was getting both forms of K. This one capsule is so much easier and I love the fact that it has some real vitamin A from cod liver oil (not the synthetic stuff) plus a little bit of D and some mixed tocopherols. A great way to ensure you're getting some very important and often lacking fat soluble nutrients each day.
