전 갠적으로 비타민 D 가 정상이긴 하지만 수치가 많이 낮아서 요걸로 먹기 시작했어용..800-1000유니트를 먹어도 된다지만 전 좀 높게 시작했어요

얼라이브와 조합하면 좋을 것 같아서 하루에 한 번씩 먹고 있습니다. 요즘 햇빛 보는 시간도 부족한데 걱정을 덜었어요.

동생일 밤에 일해서 구입했어요. 전에 1000IU 구입했었네요..사고 보니 용량이 두배에요... 하루에 한번 먹으라구 써있는데..괜찮겠죠??ㅋㅋ
