라식하고 삼년되었는데 점점 침침하고 건조하고 피로하고 그럴때 이걸 먹으면 즉각적으로 환해지는게 느껴져요 엄마랑 한통식 먹고있는데 루테인은 많이 먹음 또 안좋대서 이틀에 한알씩 먹고있어요 또사야디~
