저의 남편이 먹으려고 주문햇는데 루테인 먹은지 며칠만에 효과가 나오네요. 컴퓨터 작업때문에 항상 눈이 피곤했는데 루테인 복용한후부터는 밤에 휠씬 덜 피곤하다고 하네요. 강추입니다.
