I'm not sure my son needs this supp but was told to try it from his doc. My son seems either more energy or slightly Hyper off of this. I do not think it is THIS product. All NOW Foods products have been fine for us, I think it's just Tyrosine in general.

I used this to address the fatigue caused by lithium orotate. It worked - also good for social anxiety. Basically if you have low levels of norepinephrine and dopamine it will work. Not for low serotonin though.

Hard to take before all meals with our busy schedule, but we are able to get down before breakfast. However, when we can take it more than once a day then that is when we notice a difference in extra brain energy.

Started taking 1 gram a day since late October. It's now Dec. 10. I haven't noticed anything. I'll wait till I run out to see if I can judge a difference. But pretty much....for me I feel the same.

It sometimes gives a boost of energy, but might not be that beneficial for me.
