한국에서도 요즘 GABA에 대한 관심이 많습니다. 특히 GABA의 함량이 높은 기능성 쌀을 대대적으로 홍보하더군요. 제가 GABA를 선택한 이유는 학습에 필요한 기억력 향상을 위해서 나우푸드 제품의 GABA를 선택했습니다. GABA는 여러가지 효능이 있더군요. 신경안정작용, 알코올 숙취해소, 기억력 향상등 여러가지 좋은 점이 많습니다.
