세면대에 뜨거운 물 받아서 유갈립투스 오일 두세방울 떨어뜨려 증기를 마시면 감기에 좋아요~ 서양에선 오랜 민간요법이라나~~

제가 비염이 있고.. 아이들이 자꾸 코감기에 걸려서.. 요거 구매했네요 너무 저렴한 가격에..^^ 밤에 자기전에 가습기 입구쪽에 2방울정도 뿌리면 가습되면서 방전체에 유칼립투스 향기가..^^ 그러면서 자연스레 코막힘도 줄어드네요
