모발이 가늘어지면서 약해지고 숱이 적어지니 빠지는 것이 신경 쓰여서 구입했는데, 확실히 덜 빠집니다! 떨어지는 머리카락 갯수가 적어도 반은 줄었어요.손톱도 건조해서 같이 기대중인데 기대보다 크지는 않지만 꾸준히 복용하면 나아질 것 같구요. 가는만큼 손상도 심했던 머리카락이 튼튼해지는 느낌에 아주 만족합니다ㅣ

머리카락 빠지는 거 때문에 먹었는데 두피관리를 같이하면서 먹어서 효과가 좀 있는 것 같았어요. 근데 꾸준히 먹어줘야 할 것 같아요 지금꺼 다먹으면 재구매할 생각입니다.
