열심히 먹고 있어요..지금2달째 잘 먹고 있는데 효과는 없는 것 같아요 손톱도 여전히 다 갈라져있구요 머리도 푸석하구여... 그냥 영양제만으로 드라마틱한 효과를 보진 못하는거 같아요 생활습관이랑 운동 먹는거 다 같이 해야지..에휴... 열받아서 2-3알씩 막 퍼먹었는데 노란 오줌만 잔뜩나오네여..ㅠㅜ
