효과는 글쎄요. 특별히 나쁜데 없는 상황에서 머겅서인지.. 잘은 모르겠지만..먹기에 알약크기가 큰거 빼곤 개안아요~ 먹고나서 올라오는 냄새도 레몬향이라서 부담 없구여~

레몬향이 부담스럽지 않고, 먹을때마다 기분이 좋습니다! 알약의 크기는 조금 크지만.. 그래도 먹기에 많이 어려움이 있을 정도는 아닙니다~!
