일주일도 되지않아 피부가 탄력이 있고 부드러운 느낌! 각질이 현저히 줄어들고 손톱도 튼튼해졌어요. 적극추천입니다.

눈가에 자잘한 주름들 펴졌음 대신 식전 30분의 압박;;; 그리고 가끔 식도에 걸리면 아주 기분 별로임 ㅠㅠ 암튼 별 다섯개 잘 안주는데 이건 다섯개 줌

하루에 6알은 먹기가 꽤나 불편하겠다 싶었지만 끼니때마다 2알씩 나눠서 잘 챙겨먹기만 한다면 점차 익숙해집니다. 알의 크기는 가로로 넓기보다는 세로로 통통하게 넓은편이라(마름모꼴의 둥근형) 목넘김도 크게 문제되지는 않고 물을 좀 더 마셔주면 괜찮아요. 냄새는 전혀 나지 않습니다. 저는 피부보다는 근골격계 재생을 돕기 위한 목적으로 구입했지만 피부에도 도움이 되겠지요.
