전에는 같은회사 알약형태의 제품먹었는데.. 지금은 이걸로 바꿨어요. 하도 이것저것 많이 집어먹기 때문에 이것이 효과를 봤는지는 모르겠지만.. 아무튼.. 먹기전보다는 피부가 나아졌어요.

빈속에 먹어야해서 속이 쓰리기도 하지만 먹고 일주일후에는 몸피부까지 좋아지는걸 경험+_+ 콜라겐에도 종류가있다고해서 처음경험해본 피쉬콜라겐인데 위가 약한 분만아니라면 가격대비 완전 괜찮은듯
