첨 먹어보는데 신기해요 말 불어나는게 잼있어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 식이섬유가 풍부해서 변비는 안녕~~~

호기심에 샀지만....그냥 다이어트 하시는 분들이 드시는게 좋을 것같아요.. 독특하긴 한데....요거트에 섞어먹지 않은이상 그냥 먹기 좀 어려워요....
