스피루니아 성분이 있어서 확실히 포만감도 있고 오래 지속됩니다. 하지만 맛은 약간 들쩍지근한 단맛이네요 유쾌한 단 맛은 아니지만 그래도 다이어트중에 먹으니 단맛이 충족되는 느낌입니다. 스푼으로 섞으면 잘 안섞이는데... 쉐이커로 흔들면 잘 섞입니다. 스푼으로 섞어서 약간 덩어리진채로 먹어도 맛있습니다. 많이 파시고 제 후기가 도움 되셨다면 추천 부탁드릴게요 ^-^

허나 포만감이 꽤 상당한 편이구요. 식사대용으로 먹기에는 아주 좋지만 단걸 좋아하지않는 분에게는 비추입니다. 굉장히 달아요....

체리쥬빌레랑 같이 구매했었는데요~ 체리쥬빌레는 배가 금방 꺼지는데..;;; 이건 먹고 나면 정말 배가 든든해요~!! 담에 또 다른맛에 도전해봐야겠어요~ㅋ

프로틴파우더는 역시 쿠키맛이 진리죠 ㅋㅋ 맛있고 적당히 쿠키도 씹히고 배도 부르고 좋아요
