우연히 pgx를 알게되서 한달 조금 안되게 복용중입니다. 시간정해놓고 아침점심저녁 각2알씩 현재 복용중이며, 체중은 3kg정도 감량되었어요. 다른거보다 식습관을 바르게 유지할수 있으며, 천연성분이라 그런지 별다른 부작용이 없습니다. 2통 더 주문해서 3~4개월 더 복용해보고 더 자세한 후기는 그때 남길께요~

처음에 120캡슐 다 먹고, 두번째 통. 식사량 조절이 잘 되는 듯하다. 배변활동도 좋고, 이건 계속 먹을 듯.

살은 뭐...솔직히 모르겠습니다 그렇지만 살 찌고 나서 허겁지겁 먹었는데, 좀 굶으면 정말 기분이 땅을 향하는데...어휴~~그게 없어요 사실 그렇게 좀 굶었다고 우울해서 허겁지겁 먹으면 먹으면서 우울해지는데 확실히 그게 없어지니 사람이 되는 것 같아요

아직 크게...잘모르겠어요~ ㅡㅡ; 먹어도 기존에 먹던 그대로 먹는거 같아요~ ㅡㅡ; 양을 늘려야 하나...점심, 저녁으로 3일씩 복용 중!
