여러 회사의 종합비타민을 놓고 성분 비교했을 때 타사제품보다 좋다는 어떤 분의 추천을 받아 주문했습니다. 알약이 조금 크지만 먹을만합니다.

아버지가 영양제를 잘안드시고하고 여름에 그냥 집에놔뒀더니 변질이됐는지 거멓게 변했더라구요;; 되도록이면 장안에 보관하고 빨리드시길..

이거 남자분들에게 좋은 비타민인데요 미네랄과 비타민이 적절하게 들어가있구요 하루에 2알씩 2번 드셔도 되고 1알씩드셔도 된다고합니다. 아빠가 너무 좋아하세요 ^___^
