나이20살에 배운(그땐 담배피는게 한멋인줄 알았는데) 담배를 아직 못 끊었습니다. 나이들다보니 가래도 나오고 기침도 나오고.. 일년내내 죽 달아 먹고 있는데 정밀건강검진에서도 별 이상이 없더군요. 담배 끊긴 해야겠지요.

처음엔 설마했는데, 천식 흡입치료제와 병행 사용하며 흡입횟수를 서서히 줄여가는데 아주 큰 도움이 되는군요.
