오메가3을 먹고 잠시후에 트림이 나올때 올라오는 비릿한 냄새가 싫은 분들에겐 좋겠어요. 하지만 콜레스트롤을 낮추려는 목적이 있어 복용중인데 직접 사본적이 첨이라 뭘 비교해야 하는지 모르고 구입했거든요.가격이 저렴하지만 dha epa 함량이 낮아서 여러개를 먹어야 하는게 번거로워 가격을 좀 더 주고 다른 제품으로 갈아탔어요.
