Purchased at iHerb

These are as good as the nicotine replacement products, with the pluses of no nicotine, no dry mouth, and no funky taste. Of course, the actual quitting still requires willpower, but these definitely take the edge off. They also don't give me the jitters or the strange dreams that the nicotine replacement products did.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to pick any significant effect with these. Don't replace the crave for nicotine.
