효과는 눈에 보이지 않는거라 모르겠지만 맛은 좋아요. 물에 안 녹으니 가루를 입에 넣고 물을 마셔야 합니다. 레모네이트 맛이 나서 먹기 좋아요.

아는 분이 효과가 있다고 해서 샀습니다. 느낌상으로는 효과가 있는 것 같은데 시간이 지나야 체감할 것 같아요. 식이요법과 운동 모두 병행해야 하는 듯
