I bought these because NOW Foods Boswellin was out of stock and I liked the idea of taking just one capsule a day. The morning after I took one capsule, I had diarrhoea. The second morning was the same. I looked it up and turmeric is used in liver cleansers. It produces stomach acid. I don't have a gall bladder, and so, I suppose the diarrhoea was about the liver producing too much acid because of the turmeric and gushing straight into my intestines, or something like that, instead of drip feeding. I remedy this by taking one 'Rennie' indigestion tablet when the acid rises up into my throat. It is easy to swallow, but, I reckon that I will be going back to Boswellin when it comes back into stock again. Follow up...This still produced more acid than I was comfortable with soI won't be buying this one again.

My doctor recommend this as opposed to unsafe cholesterol medication

If you wanna look younger go with this, I have been taking one of every day for a month my skin face look much better.

This is one of several supplements my doctor has recommended. Be sure to take it with food.
