중동지방요리 좋아하시는 분들이나 유럽에서 살아보신 분들은 요거 아실거예요. 참깨 페이스트인데 설탕이 따로 첨가되어있진 않아요. 허무스(병아리콩 갈은 디핑소스)같이 디핑소스로 써도 좋고, 샐러드 드레싱이나 무침요리에 섞어주면 깊은맛과 크리미함이 살아나요. 구글링하면 레시피가 쏟아집니다^^

몸이 안좋아지신 후로는 채식위주로 많이 드시는데요. 그래서인지 안짜고 안달아서 좋다 하시네요.
