엄마 사드렸는데 관절효과는 잘 모르겠다 하시구요. (좀 심한편이시라..) 걱정증이 좀 있으셔서 밤에 자려고 누우면 이런저런 걱정으로 1~2시간 뒤척이다 잠드셨는대 언제부턴가 잘 주무신다 하세요. 재구매 했어요.
