저는 아침 일어나자마자 이거 아니면 TMG중에 한알골라먹고 DAME도 가끔씩같이먹음. 점심먹기전에 이거 한알 자기전에 L-Pyroglutamic Acid한알. 집중력 대박 강해짐. 징코랑 레스베라톨도 매일한알, 오메가3랑 멀티비타민은 베이스로 세끼다먹죠. 생균제는 공복에 한알, 글루타민 파우더는 가끔씩 자기전에 한스쿱!!

장기간 복용해야 성능을 확인 할 수 있을 것 같다.

이것을 먹는다고 둔한 머리가 좋은 머리가 되진 않는다. 하지만 먹어둬서 내가 선천적으로는 머리가 뛰어난데 뇌단백질 공급이 부족해서 아쉽다고 하지말자.

꾸준히 먹어야 효과를 보겠지만.. 일단 안먹는 것 보단 나은 것 같습니다^^

효과는 아직 모르겠네요 어머니가 복용중이신데 드시고나면 위가 쓰리다고 하시네요 다른 비타민제 복용시에는 그런 경우가 없어요.. 그렇다고 안먹기엔 뭐해서 먹고 있습니다
