왜 4알이나 복용해야 하는지 모르겠네요

글루코사민은 하루 권장 적정 복용량이 따로 없는 걸로 알고 있는데, 주문하고 나서야 보니 이건 4캡슐을 복용하는거네요. 4캡슐에 2000mg인데, 다른 브랜드는 권장량이 2캡슐에 1000~1500mg이네요. 굳이 4캡슐 씩 꼬박꼬박 복용하지 않아도 될것 같고 또 글루코사민을 과다 복용하면 췌장에 무리를 준다는 결과가 있기에 하루에 한 캡슐만 복용하고 있습니다. 재구매 의사는 없네요.
