살이 빠진다기보다 그냥 불안감해소용으로 먹어요 ㅡㅡ;ㅋㅋ 운동도안하고 식이도 안하는데 이거먹는다고 빠지는건 절대아님..

소프트젤이 흡수율이 좋죠. 함량도 높은 편이라 DHC 먹다가 갈아탑니다^^
