아무 맛도 향도 없이 그냥 하얀가루인데 물에잘풀려서 그냥 마시면 되요 배가 아프지도 않고 순하게 잘 작용하는 것같아요

커피 마실때마다 한두 티스푼씩 타마시기 딱 좋아요. 다른 맛이나 질감 변화도 없고 잘 녹는 편이고. 우리집 여인네들이 없인 못사는 제품.

그럭저럭 그래요 맛이 닝닝...ㅋ 효과는 잘 모르겠어요 이제 몇번 안먹어서 포만감은 좀 부족해서 더 먹어볼려구요
