건강잡지에 암예방 효과가 있다고 해서 햇볕을 자주 못 쬐고하니 이 알약으로 보충을 하자 해서 구입해서 먹고 있는데 양도 많고 값도 싸고 알약도 작아서 먹기도 편합니다 꾸준히 먹어야 겠지요

비타민D부족이라 큰맘 먹고 샀는데 용량을 너무 큰거여서 3일에 한번 먹네요. 무조건 용량이 큰게 좋은게 아니니 용량은 잘보고 드세요. 왠만한 미국 영양제와 달리 새끼손톱크기보다 작아서 먹기는 편한데 며칠에 한번 먹어야해서 조금 그래요.
