신경이 예민해져서 한번 구입해 봤는데 복용후 마음이 편해지기보단 나른해져서 화가나는 일이 생겨도 화낼의욕이 안생기는거 같아요. 글고 막 잠이 쏟아지는건 아닌데 어느순간 스르륵 잠을청하게 됩니다. 예민해진 성격에 어느정도 효과를 보았습니다.

Advice - 한꺼번에 너무 많은 양을 사지 마시기 바랍니다.

저는 불안증세,우울증을 걸렸고 지금도 약물복용을 하고 있는 사람입니다. 물론 많이 나아져서 이런 리뷰글을 쓸수 있는거겠죠. 극심한 우울증이 걸렸을 무렵 이 약을 2틀간 점심,밤에 복용한후 심각한 우울증 증세가 더 나타나서 완전히 끊었습니다. 안그러면 정말 견디기 힘든 시간이었거든요. 그렇게 하고 괜찮아졌을때 생각해보니 돈만 아깝더라고요.. 모든 사람들이 그런 부작용이 있다고 생각하진 않습니다. 다만 우울증 걸린분들은 처음에는 최소량으로 한번씩 테스트를 해보시는게 가장 효율적인 판단일것 같습니다.(샘플이나 수량 작은걸로..)
