Receiving this product I see it is 3% silicon dioxide. Now some people have a problem with that, and I don't know if passing this stuff (like fine sand basically) through the gut would be abrasive to the gut wall or what, but what I do know is that I'd like to make an informed choice and know from the iherb website that this product is 3% silicon dioxide before I buy it.

Although the product is really good but taste is not the best (I don't know any BCAA with good taste. Except those overpriced BCAA powders with sweeteners). Definately BANG FOR THE BUCK!!
