밤에 같은 브랜드의 콜라겐 가루와 비타민c가루를 복용하고 자면 그 다음날 여드름이 좀 완화되는 것 같음. 마음에 듬.

뼈에 좋다고 해서 아빠 사드렸어요.. 효과는 꾸준히 먹어봐야지만, 가격면에서도 너무 훌륭하고, 좋으네요.

다양한 효과가 있기로 알려진 msm인데요 사실 먹으면서 느낀건 어깨쪽에 통증이 있었던게 좀 줄어들더군요. 아주 많이 좋아지거나 이런건 모르겠지만 황 성분이 염증에 좋고 관절에 좋고 피부에도 좋은걸로 알려졌는데 염증 완화에는 약간의 효과가 있는건 맞는거 같아요.
