살도빠진다고하고 집중도 잘 된다고해서 샀는데.. 먹어보니 왠지 집중이 약간 더 잘되는 느낌이예요

안먹는 것보다는 심적으로 의지가 되는 듯 합니다. 아사이베리랑 같이 먹는데 다이어트에는 도움이 되네요. 그런데 오후 한 4시경에 먹으니 저녁에 잠이 안와요~~~
