머릿결은 샴푸로 인해 원래 건강해서 잘못느꼈는데 제 손톱이 얇고 잘 찢어져서 예쁘게 기르지 못했었거든요 이제품 복용하고 나서 손톱에 힘이생겼습니다 좋아하는 네일아트 원없이 할수있어서 좋아요 >_<

아주 만족스러워요 이거랑 엘시스테인 제품하고 같이 복용했는데요 한병다 먹었어요 효과봐서 또 구매했어요 제가 머리가 많이 상해서 시술이 안되서 머리 빨리 기를라고 구입했는데 패스트 샴푸랑 같이 써서 그런지 <샴푸는 2주정도 사용> 이거 때문인지 머리가 귀밑에서 턱밑까지 자랐어요 한달만에요 손톱도 자주 부서지고 찢어 졌는데 요거 먹고 손톱이 지금까지 부러지지도 않네요 완전 만족

피부는 모르겠고, 머릿결이 부드러워지는 건 느껴져요.. 여러가지 병행하고 있는데, 이것때문인지는 모르겠지만 탈모도 좋아졌어요.. 요거먹음 종합비타민 생략하세요
